Very few address the realities facing people in their 50s, 60s, and 70s—experienced professionals now navigating fewer traditional opportunities, accelerating change, and unprecedented pressures.

I understand this landscape firsthand.

At nearly 70 myself, I am navigating many of the same challenges you are. I also bring more than 30 years of professional experience across business, healthcare, and academia, with a proven record of helping senior leaders reduce organizational costs while increasing productivity, engagement, and well-being.

My background includes service in the U.S. Navy, a B.S. in Business Administration, and professional certifications in executive coaching, wellness coaching, personal training, and lifestyle and weight management. I have served as Past President of the College & University Work/Family Association (CUWFA) and as a member of the National Speakers Association, delivering hundreds of professional talks over my career.

During nearly two decades in the Employee Assistance Program at the UT Health Science Center at Houston—within the Texas Medical Center—I designed, launched, and directed both the Executive Coaching Program and the Wellness Coaching Program. For more than a decade, these programs served over 10,000 faculty and staff across the university.

Alongside my private coaching and consulting practice, I have worked with hundreds of professionals across industries, roles, and life stages—many navigating late-career transitions long before unretiring became part of the national conversation.
